NO, WE ARE VERY QUICK AT PROCESSING ORDERS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECEIVE YOURS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE UNABLE CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MANUALLY ADD THE DISCOUNT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DISCOUNT MAY BE USED ON YOUR NEXT ORDER IF ITS STILL VALID.
 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A EXCHANGE/OR STORE CREDIT?
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN ALONG WITH THE RETURN FORM STATING IF YOUR RETURNING FOR A EXCHANGE /OR STORE CREDIT , WE WILL PROCESS THE RETURN WITHIN  5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT CODE AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH YOU PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU DECIDE TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT  ITEM THAT IS STILL IN STOCK PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR NEW TRACKING NUMBER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED
