DUE TO COVID-19, WE'RE ONLY ACCEPTING EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT AT THIS TIME AND WILL RESUME NORMAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY WHEN WE FEEL IT'S BEST.

How many days do I have to make a return?

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by you can not return your item.

What items are returnable?

Most apparel and shoes are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date.

ALL RETURNS ARE QUALITY CHECKED .To be eligible for a return, ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND WHEREVER POSSIBLE MUST BE RETURNED BACK  in original packaging or protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.  . 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
SEVERAL TYPES OF ITEMS ARE EXEMPT FROM BEING EXCHANGED.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lingerie
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Worn items
  • Intimates
  • Shipping fees

 Do I get my money back if I return an item?

We here at ModNation want you to be satisfied 100% satisfied. Unfortunately For all returns we issue Exchanges or Store Credit only. Refunds are NOT available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.


Are there any return fees?

Please note return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please keep your receipt of postage. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU ARE SHIPPING AN ITEM OVER $50 + , YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges if your item is unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, click on the Return Portal at the top of this page to start the process. Please note intimates, lingerie, bodysuits, and accessories are non-exchangeable.

 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email with your store credit information.
